Regional retailer goes national

Lacas is a purveyor of fine coffees and teas, with their product being enjoyed in restaurants and diners throughout the Delaware Valley. They wanted to reward their loyal customers who no longer live in the area – as well as expand their brand – by offering an online retail store. A handsome design compliments the sophisticated functionality of this eCommerce website, featuring deep integration with PayPal which allows customers to pay for their orders with their own PayPal account or by credit card, all of which is processed seamlessly through PayPal.
The system is also integrated with FedEx, so that expedited shipping rates come right from the shipper, based on the customers location and order weight. In addition, the system was further integrated with Lacas' shipping partner so that tracking numbers and shipping confirmations occur in real-time as orders are processed.
Rounding out the smooth user experience is an account system allowing customers to review past orders as well as their current status (including tracking numbers) and quickly login to place new orders. This eCommerce was customized to handle the various grind types and sizes for the extensive line of coffees and teas that Lacas offers.
