This internal website for Sylvania customers was built to incentivize sales with a tracking and rewards system. Customers entered their monthly sales figures and uploaded supporting documentation. Sales data would then be verified by admins and the total sales for the fiscal year calculated and translated into a tier. Depending on the tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum), the customer would be entitled to rewards that they could then order through a simple request system.
This highly-customized intranet features multiple custom data importers as well as the ability to add companies and company accounts, with a single manager for each company give "super admin" privileges and the ability to add user accounts for their company. Sales data importers and Excel exporters were also an important part of the system, with the ability to preview Excel exports before finalizing.
There were two versions of this site, one for United States customers and one for customers in Canada, which featured a live exchange rate calculation for all sales transactions.
This is another great example of a custom-built solution that met the exact needs of the client within a reasonable budget!
